In a nutshell, our hosting service is centered around the 'management' concept, which, much more than simply providing a hard drive on which your site resides, means we provide support on the third-party software your site is running, and monitor everything to make sure it is secure. What does this mean? Here are several points of interest:

• Our websites are hosted on the stable and secure Linux and Apache web servers.
• We are aware of server resources, which means we do not oversell our services— so you'll never be 'one of 8 billion' customers vying for resources on a single bogged-down server.
• Because we are a botique design and web development firm first and foremost, we don't compete for high-volume hosting with the many bargain-basement providers out there.

What if I already have hosting somewhere else?

• That's perfectly fine. Some clients are happy with hosting situations elsewhere, and simply want us to develop and/or manage their websites.
• In cases like this, we asses your needs (as mentioned above) and charge a monthly fee to make site updates, provide support, and watch your site to make sure its software is up-to-date and secure.

What about backups?

• We take information security very seriously. We offer periodic backups both to protect against data loss and against mistakes that are made; most commonly, backups are needed when someone accidentally deletes something they shouldn't have, requiring us to copy from yesterday's (or last week's) backup file.

What about the money?

• We offer several levels of hosting and management fees. Contact us for a quote!
• We take all major credit cards, and can handle automated recurring billing.
• You can cancel at any time. 

Email Hosting

• We offer email hosting and management, but we outsource it to reliable 3rd-party providers such as Google Apps and Rackspace.
• To many companies, email hosting is one of the 'thorn in their side', which is why we let the pros handle it.
• ...Which means that if something were to happen to our servers, you won't have to worry that your private emails are lost or vulnerable.
